Jaylin Jewelry is an emerging DTC e-commerce brand targeting the North American market, offering jewelry as meaningful gifts, each piece uniquely designed to tell its own story.

Jaylin Jewelry offers its products through both its official website and Amazon.

️Target User

  • Gender: Primarily female

  • Purpose: Buying jewelry as gifts for friends, mothers, religious, couples, and besties.

  • Spending Intent: Average order value around $50

️Design Goal:

As a new brand in the market, Jaylin Jewelry’s website design aims to attract and retain users by establishing a strong brand identity for better recognition, building credibility to gain trust, and providing an intuitive browsing experience and a smooth checkout process.

Next Step

As a new website, our initial goal is to attract users and build trust. Next, we’ll focus on improving user retention. By analyzing backend data and using the funnel model, we’ll identify key pain points in the user journey and make targeted optimizations. For instance, improving the logistics tracking experience can help reduce churn and turn visitors into long-term users.
