Lesson Learning
Designers in startups often wear multiple hats, gaining broad skills and a deeper understanding of company operations.
Juggling diverse tasks can affect efficiency, so prioritizing projects and daily tasks is essential.
Focus on the design goal for each stage—avoid getting lost in details that delay launch timelines.
Communication is key: hold regular sync meetings (even short daily check-ins) during the design process to stay aligned with the team.
Next Step
As a new website, our initial goal is to attract users and build trust. Next, we’ll focus on improving user retention. By analyzing backend data and using the funnel model, we’ll identify key pain points in the user journey and make targeted optimizations. For instance, improving the logistics tracking experience can help reduce churn and turn visitors into long-term users.
